Cancer Research Databases
The Cancer Research Databases page aggregates diverse information resources developed specifically to aid in cancer research,
and provides links to descriptive articles outlining their structure, purpose, and use.
UCSC Genome Browser and Ensembl,
two widely used genome browsers, are graphical interfaces for display of information from biological databases for genomic data.
Some allow researchers to visualize browse entire genomes with annotated data including gene prediction, proteins and their structure,
expression profiles, regulatory elements, and more.
